LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Lensic Performing Arts Center will follow all local, state, federal guidelines to ensure the health and safety of patrons, artists, and staff.

Masks are always encouraged. Some artist / events may require masks and proof of vaccination (or a recent negative Covid test result).

Please check individual event pages at Lensic.org/events to see the specific requirements for your show.

Face Masks / Required at Select Events; Encouraged at All Other Events
Proper protective face masks are encouraged—and at some events, required—for everyone ages 2 and older. Face masks should be well fitted and worn to cover the nose and mouth. At events where masks are required, masks must remain on at all times except when actively eating or drinking.

Proof of Vaccination or Negative Test / Required at Select Events
At select events at the Lensic, patrons ages 12 or older will be required to present one of the following for admission. Fast Track Patrons: We will continue to offer Fast Track entry at events with this requirement.

• Proof of full vaccination. We’ll ask to see your official vaccination card (photocopies and photos displayed on your smartphone are also fine) along with your ID. “Full vaccination” means you’ve received the complete dosage of the Moderna, Pfizer, or J&J vaccine—or other vaccines approved by the World Health Organization—at least 14 days prior to your Lensic visit.

• Proof of a recent negative Covid Test. For those not vaccinated, we will also accept clinically verified negative test results from a rapid Covid test taken within 6 hours of showtime or a PCR Covid test taken within 72 hours of showtime. The name on the test results should match your ID. If you need assistance finding a test location, the New Mexico Department of Health’s Screening and Testing Sites page is a good resource.

Additional Covid-19 related protocols are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to unilaterally make changes to health protocols according to public health guidance and applicable law at the time of performance. Updates will be provided to ticket holders prior to the performance. Any ticket holder that does not comply with any Covid-19 protocol may be required to leave the theater, and their ticket will not be refunded.

GENERAL COVID WAIVER

There is risk of exposure to Covid-19 in any place where people gather. Covid-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or related to the risk or contracting Covid-19 or any other communicable disease, illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether before, during, or after an event, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against event Organizers, The Lensic, the Presenter, the Event, the Event Producers, and their respective owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, successors and assigns, and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents.

TICKETS

All tickets are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged or cancelled. If you decide not to attend an event due to illness, risk, or refuse to comply with the Lensic Safe Events Policy. Refund requests under these circumstances only can be made up to 48 hours prior to the event.

Tickets to Lensic Presents events may be donated back to the Lensic for a tax-deductible donation receipt by calling the box office at 505-988-1234.

To avoid ticketing scams, be sure you purchase tickets to Lensic events only through the Lensic (in person at the box office, by phone at 505-988-1234, or online at Lensic.org) or through other founding organizations including Santa Fe Symphony, Santa Fe Pro Musica, Performance Santa Fe, and Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival.

Other third-party ticketing websites and vendors are not authorized to sell tickets to Lensic events, and we cannot refund or otherwise be responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized sources. *Facebook is also a hotspot for ticketing scams with users attempting to sell fake tickets to our events.

Event, date, and time are subject to change at any time. We will make a reasonable effort to contact ticket holders of these changes. It is your responsibility to notify the box office of any changes in your contact information. The Lensic is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets.

GENERAL USE

You agree, as part of your use of this website, to release Lensic Performing Arts Center (the Lensic) from any and all damages that may arise from use, including, without limitation, incidental or consequential damages. By your use of our Web site you signify your agreement to this privacy policy. If you do not agree with this privacy policy, you are not permitted to use The Lensic website(s).

Information on this website is carefully compiled to ensure accuracy. However, the Lensic does not guarantee or assume responsibility for accuracy. Contents of this website are copyrighted by the Lensic unless noted otherwise in select areas. No part of this website may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means electronic, mechanical, recording, or otherwise without the prior consent of the Lensic.

The Lensic name and logo and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of The Lensic. Third-party names, logos, marks, and slogans displayed within our website are the property of their respective owners. You are not authorized to use any of these names or marks in any advertising, publicity, or in any other commercial manner without the prior written consent of The Lensic or the organization owning the marks. Requests for authorization to use The Lensic collateral should be made to The Lensic marketing department.

You may download, use, and copy the materials found on the Lensic’s website(s) for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that all copies you make of the material must bear any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice located on the site that pertains to the material being copied. All such rights are retained the Lensic, its parent, and/or any third-party owner of such rights.
